Traffic is likely to be "extremely difficult" Sunday night for the return of the Ascension Bridge. This is announced by Bison Smart, which estimates in its forecasts that this Sunday will be "the busiest of the year".
According to the organization, "significant traffic difficulties are expected on all major roads in the country". The forecasting agency encourages motorists, "as far as possible" to "avoid taking the road that day".

The difficulties will be "present from the end of the morning and will last until very late in the evening, particularly in Île-de-France". The most impacted roads are expected to be the A6, A7, A9, A10, A11, A13 and N165.

Bison futé recommends taking the road in the morning to reach Île-de-France and major cities. It is advisable to avoid Paris between 10 am and 21 pm, the A10 between Bordeaux and Paris between 11 am and midnight, or the A7 between Marseille and Lyon between 9 am and midnight.
