  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 200 g green asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 200 g radishes, halved
  • 200 g sugar snap peas, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 700 g cheese tortellini, pre-cooked
  • 80 g arugula, coarsely chopped
  • 100 g feta, crumbled
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 40 ml of vinegar
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 40 g spring onions, cut into rings
