Sainz in his native Spain: 'I hope a great result will come'

After Monte Carlo at the Leclerc house, here is Spain at Sainz. The result in the Principality was not exciting for Ferrari, but on Sunday it will try to make the leap in quality, even with some updates to the car.
It will be a 'special' weekend for Carlos Sainz who will have most of the support on his side at the Montmelò circuit, with an entire sector dedicated to his supporters.
"I am very happy to have been able to organize the 'Grada CS55' again this year in Barcelona - the Ferrari driver said about the structure that will be occupied by his fans -. The Spanish fans are obviously very special to me and it's great to have a dedicated sector. There is only one flaw... it's too small! However, I know that even outside that grandstand there will be many supporters for me to make this race even more unique. It's not easy to explain what it means to race in your own country, I would simply say that it is very special. To all the fans I would like to promise the maximum commitment to offer a good show on the track and bring home a great result".
The ream principal of the Maranello team, Frederic Vasseur, also reiterates confidence and optimism: "Also this weekend we will be able to count on the special support of the fans of one of our drivers, who will push us to give our best on one of the best known tracks in Formula 1 - he said -. In Monaco we were not able to show the true potential of our car and we believe that the Barcelona race will give us a more accurate picture, especially as we are continuing to bring updates as we have always done in the races held so far. We hope to make some progress in terms of competitiveness in the race and we hope to bring home a good team result."
