50,10 new residents in 10,000 apartments: As part of the decision to accelerate the planned projects on the area where the Zrifin camp used to be located, in the coming years a new neighborhood will be built in Rishon LeZion, which is expected to house about 50,80 housing units, including assisted living and student dormitories, and about <>,<> new residents.

A large portion of the apartments will be marketed as part of an apartment program at a discount by the Ministry of Construction and Housing – at a hysterical discount that can reach up to NIS <> million for those eligible. In light of this, Minister of Construction and Housing, Yitzhak Goldknopf, visited the city of Rishon LeZion in recent days, at the invitation of the mayor, and examined the progress of the projects.

The big news with which the minister left the meeting is that as of today, according to the estimates of various sources, by the end of this year about <>% of the apartments are expected to be occupied, and in about two years, the project will reach occupancy of <>% of the apartments.

Minister of Construction and Housing, Yitzhak Goldknopf, welcomed the news, saying that "we will assist Rishon LeZion as much as we can in developing the new compounds and removing barriers in order to expedite the entry of residents there."

ILA Director General Yanky Quint, who was also present at the professional meeting, said: "The Israel Land Authority and the Rishon LeZion Municipality are working closely together, this is one of the cities with the highest demand in the country, the mayor presented the development of the city during the visit, we are working together to provide them with a quick and good response for the benefit of the city's residents."
