There were moments of fear yesterday evening on board a train that left from La Spezia and headed to Como: a nineteen-year-old Genoese, already with complaints for brawl, violence and resistance to public officials, stabbed three people before being blocked by police officers and Polfer at the Rogoredo station. Taken to the Polfer security rooms, he threatened the agents: "I'm going to kill you all." He was arrested for resisting and raping a public official and reported for injuries.
The police were called by the conductor after the young man had injured an eighteen-year-old Moroccan in the face and forearm, piercing him. He then approached a woman and her partner, 55 years old like her, intervened to defend her and remedied an eyebrow injury. A third 46-year-old passenger who tried to block him was also injured in the forehead. When the officers boarded the train, the young man had lost the knife, picked up by the conductor, and was trying to kick through the door of a carriage to escape. Taken to the Polfer security rooms, he continued to threaten the officers: "I'll kill you all." He also hit one of them in the legs. He was arrested for resisting and raping a public official and reported for injuries. The three injured are in hospital in non-serious condition. The woman was also hospitalized for the shock.
