Gal Gadotpicked a star on the Hollywood avenue, Noa Kirelcame in third place in the Eurovision Song Contest and what do you know, Israeli women continue to make history. ModelMia Ventura, who grew up in Israel and moved to the United States when she was 20, was voted Penthouse magazine's Girl of the Month.
Ventura, who runs an Instagram account that has more than half a million followers, revealed that she picked up the coveted title, adding: "Now it's OK to reveal the secret. I'm more than excited, it's a great honor and it's a dream come true. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Penthouse, I am proud to be part of the family."

Ventura was born and raised in Israel and after her discharge from the army, decided she wanted to conquer the world. In an interview with Walla! She told how it all began: "At the age of 20, my strong desire to travel the world and conquer as many destinations as possible and see special landscapes led me to become an air stewardess, from plane to plane, from country to country and destination to destination. A 20-year-old girl with a passport full of signatures from over 50 destinations around the world? A year later I had thoughts about living abroad, I thought about it and soon I found myself in Manhattan and then L.A. fulfilling myself and living in a dream."
Ventura maintains a successful modeling career in the United States, but never forgets to incorporate ideology into the shoot: "It's important for me to know that I'm not just another one who takes pictures of my butt to get attention from men," Mia explains. "I do what I do out of love for my body and a need to send a clear message – take pride in who you are, do what's best for you and don't let anything bring you down."
Voila! Celebs have modeled lingerie before. It ended with a cracked lens and an anxious photographer.
