In a new interview given by the English actor to promote a comedy series in which he stars, he spoke openly about future productions that will take place in the world of the young magician and discussed the possibility of taking part in them • Is there a chance that he will do so?

Bad news for anyone hoping to see Daniel Radcliffe swinging Harry Potter's magic stick again in a future project set in the enchanted world of J.K. Rowling: it (most likely) won't happen, certainly not in the near future.

In a new interview with Comicbook ahead of the fourth season of his anthology comedy series "Miracle Workers," Radcliffe said he would support any new production of "Harry Potter" — including the new series currently taking shape on Warner Discovery and set to air on streaming service MAX (formerly HBO MAX) — but stressed that he didn't feel the need to be a part of it. In other words, Daniel's train left platform 33 and three-quarters long ago, and he bought only a one-way ticket.

"I understand they're trying to start over, and I'm sure they'll want to leave their mark on the series and not think of a way to somehow incorporate Old Harry Potter into a guest role," Radcliffe clarified. "I'm not looking for it either, but I want to wish them, of course, all the success in the world. I'm very excited to pass the torch on, but I don't think I need to pass it physically," the star concluded elegantly.

Last April, Warner Discovery announced plans to make each of the seven Harry Potter books a separate television season, so that the new series will be at least seven seasons long. However, since the announcement, no further details have been received about the series, such as when filming will begin and who will play the new young wizards of Hogwarts. For sure, members of the new class will have to step into some of the greatest pairs of cinematic shoes of all time.
