Terrorist Abd al-Wahab Halailah went to Pinchas Rosen Street in the northern Tel Aviv neighborhood and ran over civilians waiting at a bus stop with his car. We saw that it was a very difficult scene, and near a bus stop there were 5 injured people, a 46-year-old woman was lying on the pavement conscious and suffering from multi-system trauma, 4 other wounded people in their 30s sustained moderate and light injuries and were evacuated by MDA intensive care vehicles to the hospital."
