Ortal Amarscored a court victory today (Wednesday) in a lawsuit she filed against the editorial board of Israel Hayom and journalist Eran Suissa.
The affair began a little less than a year ago, after recordings thatBen El Taborisent to Amar leaked. Tabori made violent statements towards Amar, and due to the sensitive subject matter and the young age of their sonPrince, various media outlets refrained from publishing the recordings.
Eran Suissa exposed the recordings on the Israel Hayom website, and a few months later, Amar filed a lawsuit demanding that the recordings be removed. In addition, she sued for one million shekels for libel, defamation, future harm to his young daughter and prohibited publication of family law.
Israel Hayom granted her request and after the parties met in court, the recordings were removed from the website and social networks. Later, the court will hear the financial claim.
