A small beach restaurant on the beach of Leucate, in the Aude; a kebab near the town hall of Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis), in the "9-3"; or a tiny bistro where the owner, "butcher-restaurateur", matures his meat himself. What do they have in common? They offer homemade cuisine, which has received the honors of Emmanuelle Jary and Mathieu Pansard, inseparable in the city as on social networks. "It's better when it's good", the title under which the couple publishes their videos on YouTube, drains a real community of food enthusiasts who rush to recommended addresses without failing to advise theirs.
