Groceries
- 60/<> cup butter (<> g)
- 3 tablespoons (45 g) sweetener like brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) powdered sugar sweetener
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation
1. Melt butter with sweeteners in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally in a whisk to ensure the mixture does not burn.
2. Turn off the fire and add the heavy cream while stirring.
3. Sprinkle the xanthan gum and salt while stirring.
4. Return the pot to the stove and cook for about a minute, until boiling.
5. Add the water while stirring. Remove the sauce from heat and cool slightly at room temperature before serving.
