In its complete form, the Jean-Michel Blanquer version of the baccalaureate lasted only one school year. On Monday, Gabriel Attal, the new Minister of Education, announced that the specialty tests of the baccalaureate would no longer take place in March but in June, like philosophy and the great oral. Pierre Merle, sociologist and author of "Let's talk about school in 30 questions" (Ed. la Documentation française), believes that this new adjustment will not be enough to erase the defects of the reform of the high school.
