- The Michelin Guide Italy 2024 will be unveiled on November 14th at the gates of Franciacorta which will host, for the third consecutive time, the award ceremony of the new Michelin Stars and Green Stars present in the 69th selection of the "red".
Starting from 2022, the curators recall, the selection of the Michelin Guide is updated monthly on digital channels, with the inclusion of the restaurants that the inspectors - anonymous and independent - test and consider worthy of entry in the Guide. The insertion takes place both in the App and in the official website (guide.michelin.com/it/it), without the assignment of pictograms. To find out if among the new entries of the Guide there are restaurants to which stars or green stars will be assigned, it will be necessary to wait until November 14th, the day of the "Star revelation Italia" ceremony, while the new Bib Gourmand will be announced the previous week.
The decision to constantly update the App and website with the most interesting gastronomic realities encountered by the inspectors, reflects Michelin's desire to dialogue even more with a community that has never been so large, enthusiastic and cohesive, through new and exclusive content on travel and gourmand experiences.
