"They made us a new Shoah."
Uzi Fazio is 68 years old and the cursed night of Kfar Aza was in the kibbutz with his wife. He is the son of a Paduan father and a Genoese mother, with an Italian passport but born in Israel. His Italian is excellent, tinged with the typical cadence of the Ligurian capital. He is now safe, with the other survivors of the massacre, in Shefayim, another kibbutz in central Israel, where the army took him after rescuing him from Kfar Aza.
