The CNEL assembly approved by a majority the final document on poor work and minimum wage. They voted against CGIL, UIL and USB. In particular, 62 (out of 64) the members present: 39 voted in favor and 15 against, 8 directors did not participate in the vote. The document enhances the "traditional way" of collective bargaining.
On the other hand, the proposal presented by the five experts, among those appointed by the President of the Republic, on the experimentation of the minimum wage rate to be added to wage bargaining did not pass.
As expected, the approved text will now be sent to the President of the Council, Giorgia Meloni.
