The judge of the Court of Potenza Filippo Palumbo did not validate the detention, ordered by the police commissioner of Forlì, of a Tunisian citizen seeking asylum in the CPR of Palazzo San Gervasio (Potenza). Currently, as we learn, there would be no other decrees to validate and in the reserved area of Pozzallo there are no migrants present.

Meanwhile, the carabiniere indicated as the author of the video in which the judge Iolanda Apostolico is seen participating in the protest demonstration at the port of Catania against the government's migration policies would have denied the Prosecutor's Office to be the author of the video. The soldier, heard as a person informed of the facts for over 90 minutes by the acting prosecutor, Agata Santonocito, according to what is learned, would have said that he had not shot the video. Consequently also of not having confessed and therefore retracted anything. The carabiniere, heard as a witness, was alone and not with his lawyer, lawyer Christian Petrina.
