"It is absolutely unrealistic that a million people can travel in 24 hours. The UN Secretary-General has said it: it is good to warn, bad warning must be realistic to avoid devastating humanitarian consequences". This was stated by the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell during the press conference in Beijing with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
"The EU has been very clear in condemning Hamas attacks. Israel has the right to defend itself but in line with international law. The EU has already said it is against any attack on civilians," he said.
