Anyone who remembers the GDR TV chef Kurt Drummer probably knows the meat speciality from the East as Brisoletten. Below you will find the original recipe of the GDR delicacy, which probably owes its name to the French term briser, to German break/crush.

- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 onions
- 40 g margarine
- Marjoram
- 5 apples
