  • 600 g minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 onions
  • 40 g margarine
  • Marjoram
  • 5 apples

Preparation: This is how easy and quick it is to make the DDR meatballs brisolettes

  • Season the meat with salt and pepper and then mix it with the egg.
  • Form the meat into flat balls, which you fry in oil in a pan until crispy on both sides.
  • Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices, which you sauté in another pan with the margarine. Season with marjoram.
  • Wash, peel and core the apples and cut them into thick slices. Add the apple slices to the onions and let them fry for about ten minutes.
