"This G20 session is very important, because there are opportunities to talk about issues that also affect Italy, for example immigration so that all countries can pursue a policy against trafficking in human beings and against illegal immigration, and also international issues, from the war between Russia and Ukraine to recent events in the Middle East." This was stated by the President of the Chamber, Lorenzo Fontana, in New Delhi for the G20 of the Presidents of the Parliaments.
"Italy - he added - is here to make its voice heard, to make its interests heard and to try to restore peace in all the war zones that exist in the world".
