"On Monday in the Council of Ministers we bring the decree on the global minimum tax, with provisions on international taxation concerning the residence of people and companies. Then another decree on Irpef, which will touch the unification of the first 2 rates, and on the mini-Ires, maintaining the existing regime, with facilitations in case of qualified investments and hiring ".
This was stated by the Deputy Minister of the Economy, Maurizio Leo, at a conference at Luiss in Rome on taxation, organized by Il Sole 24 Ore, speaking of two legislative decrees implementing the fiscal delegation coming together with the maneuver on Monday.
Changes to the rules on inheritance taxes "for the moment are not talked about", Leo added after some press rumors that indicated a tightening on the succession to obtain resources.
