The final installment of the multi-award-winning series will span eight years, from 1997 to 2005, from the death of Princess Diana to the wedding of Charles and Camilla. So it made sense for Prince Harry to be in the cast, as he was only a 12-year-old child at the time of his mother's death. We don't yet know the actor who plays him as a child, but we already know who the young adult Harry will be and - surprise - he's a rookie. A young Englishman, named Luther Ford, will lend his features to those of Prince Harry and thus take his first steps in cinema. The actor bears an undeniable resemblance to Meghan Markle's husband: expertly tousled red hair, a smirk and a serious look.

The funniest part, however, is that the British actor didn't think he'd be accepted, having passed the casting on a whim: "I didn't apply in the hope of getting it. I just wanted to give it a try," he recalls. He added that in order to build his role, he had relied on Lady Diana's famous line about her son: "You can be as naughty as you want, but don't get caught." It was with this idea in mind that he transformed into Harry: "I thought, 'Yes! It kind of summed up my experience of being in The Crown," as if to illustrate the - happy - coincidence that saw him snatch the role from other, more identified English actors, whose names have not been leaked. So, is Luther Ford a flash in the pan or the new little prince of British cinema?
