The carabiniere indicated as the author of the video in which he sees the judge Iolanda Apostolico participate in the protest demonstration at the port of Catania against the government's migration policies would have denied to the Prosecutor to be the author of the video.
The soldier, heard as a person informed of the facts for over 90 minutes by the acting prosecutor, Agata Santonocito, according to what is learned, would have said that he had not shot the video.
