A night spent in the open for many of the Palestinians who yesterday, at the behest of the Israeli armed forces, left their homes in the north of the Gaza Strip to reach the area indicated to them south of Wadi Gaza.
An ANSA journalist testified in Nusseirat that the facilities of UNRWA, the UN refugee agency, are now packed. Since there was no place to sit inside, many slept on sidewalks: some on mattresses brought from home, others on donkey carts. From GazaCity the arrival of new displaced people continues: even on foot, due to the exhaustion of gasoline.
