Abandonment of the 'territorial commitment contract'

The introduction of a "form of conditionality", from the revaluation of consultation to the local commitment of the doctor, "was a mistake", explained the Minister of Health. Negotiations between private doctors and the health insurance system had failed last winter, leading to a non-negotiated revaluation of 1.5 euros that all parties, including the government, consider insufficient, and that it can only be a "step".
