The 96th edition of the Spanish Open of golf speaks French. In Madrid, Mathieu Pavon celebrated his first title on the DP World Tour with a score of 261 (63 68 6664, -23) strokes, four less than South African Zander Lombard, 2nd with 265 (-19) ahead of England's Nathan Kimsey, 3rd with 266 (-18).
On the course of the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid (par 71), Edoardo Molinari from Turin, 28th with 274 (69 66 70 69, -10), detached Guido Migliozzi from Vicenza by three strokes, 47th with 277 (69 68 72 68, -7).
