Before you take the intelligence test, take a look at classic signs of smartness – you might even recognize yourself. In another article, we have compiled three characteristics by which you can recognize people with a high IQ:
- Adaptability
- Openness
- black humor
Intelligent people adapt well. So those who are able to integrate changed circumstances into their everyday lives may also have a higher intelligence quotient.
In addition, smart people are often open to new situations and views. This means that they can change their own opinion from time to time – if the arguments of the opposing opinion convince them. Somehow, this also fits in with adaptability: one's own convictions are adapted to the new state of affairs and one's opinion is changed.
Last but not least: black humor. To be amused by otherwise rather serious topics such as death or illness is a sign of intelligence.
