Fine of over 200 million euros for Fastweb, Telecom, Vodafone and Wind Tre. The sanction was imposed by the Antitrust Authority at the end of the proceedings relating to "monthly invoicing with tariff remodulation", with which the Authority ascertained that the telephone companies "have put in place a secret, single, complex and continuous competition agreement" reads the Authority's Bulletin, "preventing the proper development of competitive dynamics between operators in the markets for fixed telephone services and mobile telephony services".
