You only need a few ingredients for the fried guacamole balls:
- For the guacamole:
- 3 avocados
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- chili pepper, chopped and seasoned to taste
- 50 g red onions, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- a little pepper
- For the breading:
- 80 g tortilla chips, coarsely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- In addition:
- Frying oil
- Lime wedges
