The manoeuvre provides a boost to the new BTP people. In the index of the budget law circulated in the last few hours there is a rule to exclude government bonds from the calculation of the ISEE. The measure is part of the family package announced by Minister Eugenia Roccella.
This year, the Ministry of Economy has carried out two issuances of the BTP Valore, the bond designed specifically for small savers. In the first edition in June, 18 billion were raised and in the second in October, 17 billion.
