Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi condemned the attack on the Gaza hospital, saying that "the flames of American-Israeli bombs will soon devour" Israel.
Hundreds of protesters gathered tonight in front of the French and UK embassies in the Iranian capital Tehran. "Death to France and England," the protesters shouted, throwing eggs at the walls of the French embassy compound. Thousands of people also gathered in Palestine Square, in the centre of the Iranian capital.
"Iran is in mourning," Iranian President Ebrahim Raïssi said last night, declaring a day of "public mourning" for today and threatening that "the flames of the bombs dropped on Palestinian victims will soon devour" Israel.
