This recipe for low carb tarte flambée just doesn't have a chop! The dough of the low carb tarte flambée is completely flourless. This means that this recipe is not only low in carbohydrates, it is also gluten-free.
In addition, the preparation is quick and particularly easy. You only need three ingredients for the dough. So it's perfect for when you're hungry in between or when you don't have the energy to cook something elaborate after exercising.
So, what are you waiting for? Fill your tarte flambée as you like it, or classically with bacon and spring onions. A real low carb highlight.

These are the ingredients you'll need:
- For the tarte flambée cream:
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- For the low carb dough:
- 180 g low-fat quark
- 120 g grated cheese light
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- For greasing:
- 10 ml oil
- To prove:
- 50 g spring onions, cut into rings
- 70 g low-fat bacon, diced
- 120 g grated cheese light
