"The Russian Navy is no longer able to operate in the western Black Sea and is gradually abandoning Crimea, they no longer have any safe haven. This is a historic achievement," President Volodymyr Zelensky said at the second summit of the Crimea Platform. This is reported by RBC-Ukraine.
"Recently, the Russian leader was forced to announce the creation of a new base of the Black Sea Fleet in the occupied territory of Georgia. That is, in the southeastern part of the sea, as far away as possible from Ukrainian missiles and naval drones. But we're going to get them everywhere," the president noted.
