  • For the beetroot pancakes: In a large bowl, combine potatoes, beetroot, and salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Use a close-meshed sieve to squeeze excess liquid out of the vegetables. Then add the egg, onions, nutmeg and flour to the mixture and mix everything.
  • Form pancakes and fry them in a hot pan with cooking oil for five minutes on each side.
