For four portions of gratinated dumplings with raclette cheese, you need these ingredients:

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 70 g white onions, cut into strips
  • 800 g dumplings, cut in half
  • 300 g raclette cheese, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C convection.
  • Combine whipped cream, garlic, pepper and salt. Set aside.
