Specializing in rock music, Linda met Paul McCartney during a Beatles photo shoot in 1967. They married two years later. Sadly, Linda McCartney died of breast cancer in 1998 at the age of 56. A complicit fashion duo
Music may be Paul McCartney's favorite playground, but the former Beatle shares one interest with his daughter: fashion. We remember that night in 1999 when Stella McCartney wore a white T-shirt printed with the words "About Fucking Time" at Paul McCartney's induction ceremony into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. That same year, at the Met Gala, she and her friend Liv Tyler opted for a handmade tank top printed with the words "Rock Royalty". Her style became more stable over time and as she grew in fashion. She succeeded Karl Lagerfeld in 1997 as head of collections for Chloé, and launched her own brand four years later.
