The month of January is, as usual, placed under the sign of award ceremonies. After the Golden Globes, Los Angeles hosted the 9th Governors Awards ceremony on January 14. The event, which honors the personalities honored by the Academy of Oscars and was originally scheduled to take place last fall, was moved due to the actors' and writers' strike that marked the year 2023. Nothing to destabilize the celebrities who showed up on the navy blue carpet wearing dresses, each more trendy than the last. And in particular Natalie Portman, dressed for the occasion in an elegant black Schiaparelli dress with a "cut out" neckline that suggested her breasts.

A rather rare choice for the 42-year-old actress, who usually relies on models with strapless or straps. Two days earlier, on the red carpet of the 81st Golden Globes ceremony, Natalie Portman opted for a light-coloured strapless dress by Dior, hand-embroidered and inspired by Impressionist paintings.
