To register, simply register on the www.campionatomondialedellapizza.it website and select the competition (or even multiple races) you intend to participate in. The last edition of the World Pizza Championship involved 52 nations (Italy, USA, France, Australia, Brazil, Thailand, Mexico, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, to name a few), with 711 competitors.
The Heinz Beck Trophy - First courses in pizzerias is also back for the 31st World Pizza Championship: a unique and innovative competition, under the strict and attentive eye of the three-Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck, in Parma as an exceptional juror. Competing are the quality, artisanal and "express" first courses created by the chefs of the pizzerias.
