  • Sauce:

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Cannelloni:
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 70 g onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 thick leeks

It's easy to prepare, thanks to these step-by-step instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C convection.
  • For the sauce: Mix tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
  • For the cannelloni: Mix minced meat, 150 grams of cheese, onions, garlic, pepper and salt.
  • Wash the leeks thoroughly, cut them into five-centimeter-long pieces and press out the middle part with a wooden spoon so that only the outer layers remain. Fill with the minced meat mixture.
  • In a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce and spread the stuffed leek sticks on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
