It all started in the middle of 2023. Before that date, the Delon children from two marriages - Anthony, 55, the actor's first son with Nathalie Delon, and Alain-Fabien and Anouchka, 29 and 33, from his relationship with Rosalie van Breemen - were a beautiful sibling. Or so it seems. All three had been trotting in their father's footsteps, trying to get close to his talent and career, without ever touching him. The first has had a few roles in theatre and cinema, the second has climbed the red carpet several times in Cannes as "daughter of", the third has played in a film by Eva Ionesco. A few stammerings in the shadows, always, of the great father. But for the past few months, Alain Delon's health has been faltering, and everyone within the clan now feels seized with a new mission: to protect the Leopard from those who would be after his money. - 1. The Hiromi Rollin Case
The starting point of the story begins on July 5, 2023, when the Montargis prosecutor's office received two complaints from Alain Delon's children: Anthony, Alain-Fabien and Anouchka. In the first, all three accuse the actor's former "lady-in-waiting" of taking advantage of his alarming state of health. At issue: "Moral harassment, misappropriation of correspondence and animal abuse," they say. The second comes only from Anthony Delon, this time for "abuse of weakness". Although Alain Delon had known the 66-year-old Japanese woman for years, and had already introduced her as his partner on multiple occasions, he joined his children's complaint. The public prosecutor's office in Montargis has opened a preliminary investigation.
- 2. Christmas celebrations
Then nothing, until December 24, 2023. On that day, Alain-Fabien Delon, the youngest member of the family, posted an astonishing photo on Instagram. We see the Delon clan celebrating Christmas together in their home in Douchy, a wooded and warm space, drinking to the health of the patriarch and this period of calm. Alas, one person is missing: Anouchka, the darling daughter. Lino's mother justified her absence a few days later with a photo of her in the hospital. "Merry Christmas anyway!" read the caption of an image of her infused arm. Visibly recovered, Anouchka posted a photo on the evening of December 31 hugging her father for the new year. However, fans are wondering: since the Hiromi Rollin affair, the siblings who stuck together so closely have never appeared reunited. During these holiday seasons, there are the brothers on one side and the sister on the other. And then this cryptic message under said post: "Sometimes it seems like things get so difficult, that they go wrong no matter what I do."
- 3. Anthony Delon files a handrail against his sister
Four days later, war was declared and apparent unity broke out. In an interview with Paris Match, published on January 3, 2024, Anthony Delon exclusively stated that he had filed a lawsuit against his half-sister a few months earlier, in November 2023. The reason? The latter is said to have concealed Alain Delon's negative cognitive test results from her brothers. "She didn't give me a choice," he told the magazine. According to him, the Samurai's health plummeted in 2019 after his stroke; It was therefore obvious to keep all the siblings informed of every detail concerning his state of health. "My sister never informed my brother (Alain-Fabien, editor's note) and me that between 2019 and 2022 my father had been subjected to five cognitive tests during his visits to the clinic in Switzerland (where Anouchka lives with her family, editor's note) and that he did not pass any of them. According to the doctors, these tests show a cognitive deterioration that places my father in a position of psychological weakness and therefore vulnerability," continues the eldest son. According to Anthony Delon, his sister hid his father's results for "personal interests". While he assured that this was not the issue, he added: "What is serious for me is that, knowing Hiromi Rollin's actions, she hid from us the distress in which our father found himself. By remaining silent, she has clearly put him in danger."
In addition to the judicial side, Anthony Delon drops another bombshell, raising the absence of Anouchka during the Christmas holidays. "My sister didn't come with us, so it affected her a lot. But there's a good chance it will be his last."
- 4. Alain Delon and Anouchka file a complaint against Anthony
On January 3 at 16:30 p.m., the sister fought back with her father's support. Anoucka and Alain Delon then filed a complaint against Anthony for "defamation", "slanderous denunciation", "threats" and "harassment". BFM TV reports that the elderly comedian is "extremely shocked by the media unpacking" of his son. "Let him fuck me and fuck my daughter," he added. For his part, the girl's lawyer explains that Anthony is "resentful, jealous, revenge". The brother and sister have never been close and Alain Delon has never hidden his particular affection for his daughter, to whom "he would find it difficult to say no". It should be noted that she is the one who is named as his executor.

On 5 January, Anthony Delon retorted on the set of L'Heure des Pros, hosted by Pascal Praud, about a possible "war of inheritance". After a career spanning 50 years, the 90-film legend has built up a huge fortune. He owns a production company, of which his daughter Anouchka is an employee, owns an estate in Douchy, in the Loiret and an apartment in Geneva. He has also collected large sums of money thanks to his advertising contracts with Dior, in particular, or thanks to his brand of cigarettes bearing his name, marketed until 2018. "I want to start by putting out a fire, for me that's very important, because all this money stuff, inheritance, all this speculation, it makes me sick, because it's not that," he explains. Today, it's very simple, my sister has 50% of my father's entire fortune. My brother and I are what we call the reserve share, so we have 25%. It's done, it's over, it's over. There's no conflict, there's no war of inheritance, none of that."
- 6. Anouchka speaks on TF20's 1 Hours
On 7 January, Anouchka Delon, wife of Julien Dereims, revealed her truth on the set of TF20's 1 Hours, presented by Audrey Crespo-Mara. "I don't want to be smeared," she begins by saying. Since my father's stroke, my brothers and I have had access to the same information since 2019. I don't see why I would have withheld that kind of information. I didn't lie. I was not aware of these results. It belongs only to our father. I've never been against my father in 33 years. Never!" As for Anthony Delon's "personal interests" in their father's visit to Switzerland, she objected: "My father is being followed in Switzerland by specialists. He has significant illnesses that concern only his family. The only reason I wanted to bring him to Switzerland was to have him treated. He's been doing check-ups every two months for years. It was planned for August, but my brother vehemently opposed it. He has life-saving treatment for him. Against the advice of the doctors, he decided to stop these treatments; I didn't agree. It's indecent to pass this off as a tax exile."
- 7. The counter-attack of Alain-Fabien Delon, the youngest
In this highly publicized quarrel, one character had kept a rather low profile: Alain-Fabien Delon, the younger brother. On 8 January, Anushka's other brother definitively chose his side and shared on Instagram a recording against his sister, taken without her knowledge. In this audio, the young woman's voice can be heard asking her father to "do something" to counter what is being said about her in the media. "They're burying me, and they're thinking you're crazy," she tells him. Above all, you have to be careful. The trap will close in on you." "Why would you want to throw your words and venom at him before he goes to sleep, put all this negativity in his head?" asks Alain-Fabien Delon in his message. He threatened: "You have opened Pandora's box."
On 9 January, Alain Fabien Delon agreed to a video interview with BFM TV. There, he revealed that he had also filed a complaint against his sister on December 22, 2023. On the live stream, he accused her of using "scoundrel methods" to intimidate him and his brother. "It's very serious what's going on," he adds. Two days later, in an interview with Paris Match, he unpacked his Pandora's box a little more. "For months, Anouchka had us all spied on by the bodyguards she had installed here (in Alain Delon's property in Douchy, editor's note) when Hiromi Rollin left. After a disagreement, and before we kicked them out, one of these scoundrels threatened to physically attack me in front of my brother and niece. Then I came across a notebook where they were writing everything down. Whereas they were only supposed to do the rounds and guard the property."
- 8. The Return of Hiromi Rollin
While the Delon children's complaints against Hiromi Rollin were dismissed on January 4, 2024, the latter resurfaced in the dispute on Friday, January 12. In a letter sent to the public prosecutor's office in Montargis through her lawyer, the former "lady-in-waiting" warns about the treatment of children towards their father. She urged "urgent investigations" into what she said amounted to an "attempted intentional homicide". According to her, Alain Delon's health was stable when she was still living with him. After her forced departure from Douchy, "Mrs. Rollin learned that Mr. Delon had not been taken to Switzerland for a new check-up scheduled for August 28, 2023 and that he had not consulted Dr. G. since June 30, 2023," her lawyer, Mr. Bouzrou, said in the letter. For the moment, no announcement has been made from those concerned. Will we soon see the siblings unite again to counter their rival?
