A day after Israel marked 100 days since Hamas terrorists abducted women, men, the elderly and babies into the Gaza Strip, Shiri Maimon is releasing a new song, a prayer for those abducted, in the hope that they will return home soon.
The cover of the new single, "Take Care of Me", which she composed herself and wrote alongside Or Milstock, is accompanied by a painting by comedian Zion Baruch. "The video of Noa Argamani being kidnapped in front of the eyes of her partner Avinatan, of Naama Levy being brutally led by the terrorists helpless and wounded, and of Shiri Bibas looking terrified with two babies in her hands – do not leave my head," the successful singer said.

"They and 130 other abductees are still there. Who guards them? Who looks after them all? I wrote the song as a prayer for the abductees, abductees and families who are waiting. Please, take care of them for us and bring them home," added the singer, who is currently planning to return to the stage when she performs on February 13 at Tel Aviv's Heichal HaTarbut with the Israel Philharmonic, and throughout the country in March.
