New TV channels are introduced on a regular basis. The provider Zattoo is now adding six new channels to its program – there is something for everyone.
Munich – Whether it's true crime, new films or anime series, there's something for almost every viewer at Zattoo's new TV channels. However, these channels cannot be watched by everyone – there is a crucial catch.
Provider Launches Six New TV Channels – These Are Among Them
When new TV channels are introduced, many consumers might initially assume that they have to pay for them. However, Zattoo's new TV channels are free of charge for all viewers. The themed channels are now available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In Switzerland, there are even two French-language channels launching, which will also be free of charge.

"With the addition of the additional channels to our linear programming, we are significantly expanding our reach of available topic-specific content," Zattoo writes in a statement. One of the channels available now is "Top True Crime", where crime fans will get their money's worth. They are joined by "Craction TV", which is primarily intended for lovers of action and crime series. A wide range of films awaits you on "Top Filme", the third TV channel in the group.
Six new TV channels: There's a catch with the offer
TV viewers who like to watch anime can now feel at home on the "Naruto" channel, where the series Naruto is broadcast. In addition, the channels "Strongman Champions League" and "Terra Mater WILD", where animal documentaries are broadcast, will be added. For some viewers, however, the new TV program has a catch that cannot be avoided. The new TV channels are not available via the traditional reception channel.

The six new channels can only be watched via the app of the streaming service Zattoo. Spectators therefore need a functioning internet connection for this. The transmitters are FAST transmitters. FAST stands for "Free-Ad-Supported-Streaming-TV", i.e. TV channels that are free of charge and purely ad-financed.
