Vincenzo Soprano, the former CEO of Trenitalia, turned himself in in the Rebibbia prison in Rome after the sentence of the Court of Cassation that made definitive the sentence of 4 years and two months in the context of the Viareggio massacre. The manager walked through the entrance to the penitentiary this morning.
"It is not a fair judicial system - commented his defender, lawyer Alberto Mittone - that a person goes to prison after 15 years for a culpable case".
