Fault at Telekom: “The fault has been resolved”

Since around 10:30 a.m., the number of fault reports on

alletreib.de

has been declining again; around 900 reports are currently being received.

When asked by

IPPEN.MEDIA

, Telekom explained that the problem had now been resolved.

Accordingly, all services should work again soon.

The company said: “There was no disruption to our access network.

Some customers experienced problems connecting to various online services.

There was no general impairment of data services or mobile and landline telephony for our customers.”

Most recently, Telekom discontinued a service after 38 years.

Now that there are no more telephone booths, old telephone cards are also being phased out.

Meanwhile, Telekom is accelerating with the expansion of the fiber optic network.
