A grand jury in the United States has indicted Alec Baldwin for involuntary manslaughter in connection with the on-set death of Halyna Hutchins, the director of cinematography on the film Rust.
The grand jury expressed its opinion after "new elements" emerged in the review of the case.
The actor was rehearsing a scene on the set of Rust when the shot that killed Hutchins was fired from the gun he was holding and which should not have contained real bullets.
