Three people died and another 15 were injured
when a bus going from La Quiaca to Mendoza collided head-on with a truck on National Route 9/34 in Salta, known as the "death route", in an accident that would have caused when one of the drivers fell asleep at the wheel.
The crash occurred
around 4 in the morning
, at kilometer 1505, when the driver of the “Expreso Rivadavia” company truck crossed lanes and collided with a long-distance bus from Andesmar.
As a result of the crash,
three people died, and another 15 had to be treated

One of them, the most serious, was transferred in code red to the San Bernardo Hospital in Salta.
Route 34, which crosses about five provinces and has intense truck traffic,
