Health Minister Uriel Bosso this morning (Friday) directed the director general of the ministry Moshe Bar Siman Tov to cancel the procedure sent yesterday to the hospitals for the reception, treatment and hospitalization of residents from Gaza or the fighting areas in the north who are evacuated by the IDF from the fighting areas and transferred to Israel.

Minister Bosso stated that there has been no change in his clear policy of not allowing terrorists and residents of Gaza and Lebanon to be admitted to hospitals in Israel and emphasized that the letter that was forwarded yesterday at the request of the security system to the hospital managers was written without his knowledge, without his approval and without conducting an orderly discussion with his participation together with the security officials and the ministry staff.

The Minister directed the Director General to immediately inform the security system that the procedure is immediately void and to make it clear to all parties that any request for a policy change will be examined only after a professional and serious discussion in the Minister's office together with the professional and security parties and subject to his approval.
