The final phase of the process for the approval of the bill establishing the figure of 'Master of the art of Italian cuisine', which the Minister of Agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida has renamed 'Massari law', starts from Sigep in Rimini. honor of the master pastry chef, who participated with him in an Ismea initiative for the promotion of nuts.
The provision will recognize the professions of pastry chefs, chefs and food artisans on a par with what already happens in other countries.
