Last week she carried out one of the trends that have recently taken over Tiktok and even used the opportunity to launch the new shades of the product coming out under her brand.
Along with the multitude of uplifting reactions to the performance, there were some who were less impressed, and went out on a limb due to one particular item.
As part of the trend, Kardashian showcased her huge office, and especially the interesting details in it.
Next to a wall full of photos of all the magazine covers in which she starred, a pampering rest room and a three-dimensional model of her brain and her private plane, the star mentioned that she also has two tanning beds in her office, which managed to jump the surfers, and not only them.
Surfers were outraged that the star uses tanning beds, which have been proven to be a risk factor for skin cancer.
In a long article published on the beauty website Allure, the star was called to "stop normalizing tanning beds".
In the article, they mentioned again the dangers of using beds of this type, which emit UV radiation, which has been proven to be one of the risk factors for skin cancer.

The star also came across the article, and even commented on it on the X network (formerly Twitter) when she wrote: "I have psoriasis and it really helps me when it's bad. But I don't use it too often."
Kardashian probably didn't read the whole article, because even this issue, of the supposed treatment of psoriasis using the sharing bed, was treated at length in it: "Contrary to popular opinion, exposure to UV can do more harm than help in the treatment of psoriasis," it says.
The article did not miss the opportunity to mention the Kardashian family's experience with skin cancer, after

, Kim's younger sister, revealed in 2022 that she had a tumor removed from her face that turned out to be melanoma.
In the article, they went on to mention other dangers and disadvantages of using a tanning bed, and among other things, the damage done to the skin and its aging due to prolonged exposure to radiation, and they did not forget to add a sting about the fact that the star sells a vitamin C serum that costs $90 and is supposed to help "slow down the aging phenomenon."
