The first transport strike of 2024 arrives.
On Wednesday, a 24-hour national stop of public transport such as buses, trams and metro, proclaimed by the basic unions: Cobas Lavoro Privato, Cub Trasporti, Usb, Adl, Sgb, Cobas and Orsa workers associations.
"Salary, safety and rights", these are the slogans underlying the national strike of road and tram drivers, underline the union acronyms.
During the strike the service will be guaranteed during the legal periods: from the start of daytime service at 8.29am and from 5pm to 7.59pm.
