surprised her million followers today (Monday) after she uploaded a photo to a story on her Instagram account from the hospital: "After a perfect night of dreams, it had an imperfect ending and dreams. I'm back now and I'm resting," the actress wrote.
She also did not forget to thank
her beloved husband, one of the most successful pop singers in history,
Robbie Williams , after the terrifying experience: "Thank you to my amazing husband who was by my side," she concluded.
In the picture itself, she is connected to a heart monitor that can be seen right behind her and also a messy skull that probably matched her inner feelings.
After she clicked, Fields didn't even bother to explain what happened and help us understand if we should continue to worry.

The stable couple married each other somewhere more than a decade ago, in 2010. The ceremony itself was small, intimate and did not include more than twenty-five guests, most of whom were the couple's close friends.
The two were separated for only five years and before he met her, Williams claimed that he did not plan to marry: "I was introduced to Aida and things changed," he said in past interviews.
